The Andrews government is looking at a plan to connect the West Gate Freeway to CityLink via a second river crossing and an elevated freeway along Footscray Road. We have no idea what the implications would be for Kensington, as to where it would join with CityLink. Two  meetings this year have unanimously agreed that noise from CityLink is a growing problem that needs to be a priority concern for the Association. Extra traffic on CityLink will further impact the wellbeing of people not only our suburb but also those of communities further along the CityLink route. So what do we do?  Comments to info@kensingtonassociation.org.au please. This is an item for the Agenda at the meeting Monday 4th May.
